PROJECT ACQUISITION

1) The preparation and negotiation of acquisition:

  • being part of negotiating, helping during negotiations, communication with other parties and arranging details of investments from start to finish
  • assembling core principles of cooperation, including a timetable of various steps during the acquisition
  • promissory (preliminary) agreements, including term sheets for the projects and conditions for entering the projects etc.
  • complete contractual documentation
  • securing rights and claims (pledges, promissory notes, guaranty, deposits)
    registrations in the land register
  • other contracts related to acquisition, securing investments
  • securing the financing of the projects (without any superfluous conditions – only the project is necessary)
  • legal due diligence during the projects / the acquisition

2) Legal services during the whole project after the acquisition

  • by prior arrangement, according to your needs
  • properties management, operational matters etc.
  • internal relationships between the investors

3) Providing and securing the complete facility management of the project after the acquisition

  • arranging reconstruction
  • control over the execution of the reconstruction
  • taking over the property (flats, buildings etc.)
  • management of the complete (finished) property

4) Securing the financing the majority of construction or reconstruction

  • by prior arrangement, according to your needs
